LSJ Services is a full-service general contracting and construction management company serving the commercial industry in the Greater Toronto Area. LSJ Services has the knowledge, skills and resources to ensure every project is completed to the highest standards, on time and on budget.

LSJ Services was founded in 2013 by our President Allan Kotke. Mr. Kotke has over thirty years experience as a general contractor and project manager in building works and renovation projects. His reputation in the industry is one of our greatest strengths.

General Contracting

We offer a range of services including complete remodels and renovations, construction office alterations, and building repairs. We are fully qualified to work work under contaminated and bio hazardous conditions.

Construction Management

LSJ Services construction management oversees the project from the planning stages through to the execution of work until completion. Our team is screened to work in highly secured areas. We work closely with engineers, architects, owners and consultants to meet client expectations, and ensure projects are delivered in compliance with contract documents within the specified time and budget.
